Colon Cleansing and Constipation
If you are having a hard time moving bowels or move bowels infrequently, you need to do a colon cleansing. This procedure will help ease your constipation. But aside from doing this procedure, you can also try simple things daily to help you with your condition.

1.To wake your bowels in the morning, drink warm water and take a short walk right after getting up in the morning.
2.Drink warm water with aloe gel three times a day. If you don’t have aloe gel, you can use lemon juice.
3.Eat more fruits and vegetables. These are rich in fiber. They will help ease your constipation in no time.
4.Never let yourself be dehydrated. You must drink plenty of water every day. If you are dehydrated, your body will not have the fluid it needs to push your waste out of your body.
5.As soon as you feel the need to eliminate waste, go to the toilet and do it right away. It is not advisable to wait. If you ignore the feeling, your body will learn to ignore it. You will have stocked up waste in your colon for days at a time.
