Do you have problems with tremors in your body? Or perhaps you just want to figure out what tremors are… well let me explain all that to you and more so you can better understand and treat the disease.

What Are Tremors?

Tremors are basically an unintentional (out of your control) spasm of your muscles which results in twitching in a more or less violent matter depending on how your body reacts to it. It can affect any part of your body from your toes to your head and is said to get progressively worse and spread over time if not properly treated or controlled.

What Types of Tremors Are There?

There are mainly two types of tremors that you can get. One being what is called an essential tremor which in most cases is either hereditary - where you would have a 50% chance at birth of contracting the disease if carried by either of your parents – or it may be a result of Parkinson’s Disease. Usually your hands and head will be seen shaking which is most common, and as a result, can make basic hand movements a challenge.

How To Treat Tremors?

There is currently no cure for tremors. Yes, I have tremors so that is not very pleasant news for all of us. However, with advancements in modern science there are drugs available on the market today that can help treat the condition and counteract the involuntary shaking. These drugs may include: propranolol, primidone, or a benzodiazepine. If you have Parkinson’s, you may respond best tolevodopa or other antiparkinson drugs.

You should first consult with your doctor and pay close attention to where the tremors are coming from so your doctor can properly treat your tremors. If you do not want to pay for the drugs it is recommended that you get affordable health insurance. Companies like Aviva, MetLife, Humana, Aetna, or others can provide you with quality and affordable health insurance that will cover the cost of drugs and doctor visits. If you are unsure if you currently have health insurance, or what is covered, you should check with your doctor and your employer to see if you are covered.

Rest well tonight because there is no found hope for treating your tremors. Stay healthy my friends!

A fable is like an urban myth, something everyone believes to be true but it isn’t. A factoid is a small fact that is true, but not in the context it is being relied upon at that time.

Fasting Blocks Fat

I got this from a blog last week. The fable is that fasting is all you need to block fat from storing itself on your organs, in your thighs, buttocks or tummy. Not sure of the pseudo-science supporting this one but the answer is it is wrong. Utterly and completely. Unless you fast for several days and your body begins to draw on the fat stored for just such emergencies, the odd one day fast here and there will do nothing but replicate normal eating patterns in primitive humans. It certainly won’t block fat as there is no fat being ingested during a fast worthy of the name.

Fat Blockers Block All Fats

This is a factoid in that fat blockers like Phen375 do in fact, block fat from attaching itself to other cells. Where it is not totally correct, yet still not in the realm of fantasy and fables, is that good quality fat blockers block the right kind of fat, as in the right kind to block, not the right kind to include in your diet. Fat blockers are selective and block the bad fats, those that the body doesn’t want to use right away for good health.

There Is No Fat In Fluids

This is a fable. Fluids include milk and that contains fat, animal fats in fact. The good news is that so long as you are not lactose intolerant you can drink milk, in moderation of course. Everything should be consumed in moderation and that includes fat laden items like milk, chocolate and steak. These are animal fats and very natural as well as good for you. In moderation. It is those nasty, chemical based fats you want to steer clear of.

Unlike some supplements, even natural, organic ones, too much is a bad thing. Even a large amount can undo any good done. Not so with tea. Basically your back teeth start to float when you drink a lot and so you naturally stop and go to the bathroom, making room for more tea. We’re joking about the floating but the truth is you can’t drink too much because you can only drink what your bladder can hold and that is a lot less than lethal measures of tea.

Tea Comes In Many Flavors

You can enjoy tea hot or cold, with lemon, sugar, honey or milk or as it comes. Black tea might be a little bitter that way but green tea is never drank with anything except, in some cultures, some mint to add pep. You can drink black, green, yellow or blended tea and it is all good for you. You can take it all day and night and it won’t stop you sleeping, in fact quite the opposite especially with many of the herbal varieties.

Tea Totalling Is Tops

Tea totaling means drinking nothing but tea. The huge range of blends and varieties of tea means you can enjoy new taste sensations every time you brew for many weeks. Tea totaling means you don’t imbibe in alcohol and your kidneys and liver will love you for that, even if you rest them just for a few days. As well, once the natural anti-oxidants begin to regularly scour your colon of nasties your entire digestive system will perk up and be much happier. There are not negatives with tea.

Tea helps you lose waist. The end result is you weigh as much, maybe more than before. Of course that is a healthy kind of weight to have so let’s not think weight. Let’s think waist.

Tea Helps Your Waistline

Drinking tea, regardless of what kind, will help you lose inches around your waist. The health benefits inbuilt in the tea leaf alone are amazing, including anti-tumoric, anti-oxidant and anti-just about everything else properties. Some teas though, are better than others when it comes to helping you lose waist. One of these is Tava Tea. You can read the scientific stuff at their web site but for now all you need to consider is that it works. How? Glad you asked.

Tea Takes Over

Tea will happily replace other beverages such as coffee. Coffee is rarely drank black, most people sweeten it with milk and sugar. Even those who drink it black are not getting anywhere near the health benefits that come built in to the tea leaf. Coffee and cigarettes tend to go together because of the kinship between the kind of caffeine in coffee and nicotine, according to some surveys and scientific research. Tea also has a more healthy, natural persona and although we often think of Green Tea, there are enormous benefits to be had in all varieties. Tea takes over where food cravings left off so you can drink yourself thinner. Just don’t dunk too many biscuits while you drink!

After water, the second most popular drink in the world is tea. Tea has been consumed by mankind since the 10th Century BC. Its cooling, astringent and slightly bitter flavor is appreciated around the world. The best way to drink tea for health is the natural infusion way, without milk or sugar.

Herbal Tea

Herbal, or ‘erbal’ as the Americans mispronounce the word, is usually infusions made without the tea plant, or Camellia sinensis. Herbal teas are often made of other plants, such as Rosehip, Chamomile or fruit based teas. Herbal teas are also referred to as herbal infusions or ‘tisane’.

Green Tea Is Best

Green tea is considered beneficial to one’s health, and longevity especially for the elderly and those prone to stroke, cognitive impairment and osteoporosis. It contains significant antioxidants, flavanols, flavonoids and polyphenols, all of which are very good for you. Having said that, all teas are good for health. Some taste nicer mixed with milk and sugar or lemon and sugar, others with honey. None of those mixers are bad for the system and even sugar, in moderation and dairy fat such as milk are fine.

What’s In Tea?

Tea leaves contain 700 chemicals, but don’t let the word ‘chemicals’ worry you. Those chemicals include good things for you like amino acids, vitamins C, E and K, caffeine (in moderation it is a good thing, as are most things, in moderation) and polysaccharides. Drinking tea helps cell-mediated immune functions and improves intestinal microflora and protects the intestines against all sorts of disorders. There is naturally occurring fluorine to aid the teeth and tea lowers blood pressure and aids the heart, preventing coronary heart disease and fighting diabetes.

Weight Loss Teas

Some teas aid weight loss by themselves while others work well in conjunction with quality supplements (like Phen375). Both green and black teas contain antioxidants that include catechins that have anti-carcinogenic, anti-mutagenic and anti-tumoric properties. So drink lots of tea and stay healthy!

Saturated Or Unsaturated Fats Aren’t So Bad?

That was the next great fib we swallowed. The one about saturated fats and unsaturated fats, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated and whatever other scientific names we had to remember how to pronounce. Can you list the good fats and the bad fats/ Is it unsaturated or saturated that is better than the other kind? I know, I get confused too.

Oils, Nuts And Butter Is Bad, Or Is It?

Avocados are supposed to be so high in fat and cholesterol you die just thinking about a guacamole dip for your corn chip. There might be more fat in the corn chip and certainly there will be salt and sugar. Olive oil isn’t bad for you, quite the contrary. Look at those fat but long living Mediterranean people who consume it every day of their lives, gallons of the stuff. As for nuts, didn’t our ancestors forage for nuts and berries, grubs and wild vegetables? I would have thought our bodies were still programmed to digest natural fats from nuts, butter, eggs and milk but not those chemical concoctions that are supposed to be better for you but aren’t. Like margarine and other fake butter spreads.

Artificial Sweeteners, The Hint Is In The First Word

Those artificial sweeteners are not fat but they are artificial. They make the liver work overtime and along with all the wrong things it has to deal with makes life hard for your organs. There are fats that help you burn stored fat and other fats that the body has no need for right now so they store them, as fat. We’ll look at those in more detail some other time. Meanwhile, use a fat blocker like Phen 375 and start rethinking the fats you consume and your thinking about fats being all bad.

If you want to get thin and into better shape then you need to declare war! Declare war on the enemy and the enemy is not fat, calories or anything like that. The enemy is sugar. You have probably known this for some time or at least had a sneaking suspicion about the insidious nature of that sweet substance. Now you know. It’s official. Sugar is the enemy of the people!

Sweet Surrender

We humans are designed to handle sweet things, but very much in moderation. We are not designed to be able to absorb the bombardment we endure every day from sugar and sugar filled products. Because sweet is a sensation or taste that is pleasurable, sugar is the sneakiest enemy of them all. Just like the siren’s and their song, luring sailors onto the rocks and oblivion, sugar tells us it’s ok, we deserve a little pampering, a little taste good. Well yes, and no.

The Wrong Kind Of Sugar

Refined white sugar is considered the worst sugar there is but it isn’t. Raw sugar, brown sugar and refined, white sugar are neither here nor there in the bad for you stakes other than bad. What is worse and worst of all is the hidden sugar that is in every processed food on the market. Since the turn of the 19th century modern milling methods have made sugar easier to produce and transport. The level of sweetness went up in the 1890s ad 1900s in all western countries. We could now get on a daily basis so many sweet foods we previously could only get rarely if at all. The cost of sweet things dropped and the rates of dental decay and obesity climbed. As we became more and more reliant on technology and more and more sedentary in our daily activities, sugar took over and made 43% of us in the USA obese.

Avoid Processed Foods

When you are using a quality fat blocker or other supplement like Phen 375, avoid processed foods. Anything that comes in a packet with more than one ingredient on the side is suspect. Read the ingredient list and avoid processed items, easy to prepare meals and all the convenience things. They are packed with sugar and they are killing you! Fight back, destroy the enemy, deny them your health and body!

If they didn’t have a proper sweat suit they would improvise with a plastic garbage bag. The result would be akin to a solar still, that desert survival trick where you use a plastic sheet and the sun to cause condensation to form and provide water. For a boxer this was a great way to instantly shed a few ounces, even a couple of pounds! So why don’t all us fat people take a hike every morning swathed in plastic?

Not As Easy As It Seems

Nothing is ever as easy as it seems and if it were simply a matter of a daily walk or jog wearing a plastic bag then the streets would be swarming with happy, smiling, thinning away every day people in nylon. The reason we don’t see that is because while this technique works, there are some caveats to be aware of. First of all, boxers are in prime physical shape, there are few athletes in better condition than a boxer in his prime. He has the cardio to go the distance and the stamina to dish out and take physical punishment. The fight is won in the gym, not the ring is a truism that has been around since boxing began way back in Ancient Greece.

Lose Weight Or Water?

You will lose weight but then you will replace it with more fluid as you rehydrate. If you don’t replace it then you will dry up and eventually collapse, perhaps even die. Sensible sweating, to coin a phrase, is an aid to weight loss but it is not the only answer. Sweat loss on its own won’t do the job. The body sweats to cool off and even if you lost every drop of fluid in your body that would still leave you weighing a very dry half your current weight, give or take a few percentage points. But you would be incapable of functioning.

Sweat Sensibly

Use sweating as a weight loss tactic with caution and keep in mind boxers do it to make the weight for their division, often separated by just a pound or two, especially for the lighter divisions. As soon as they get weighed and given the OK, they go straight to their dressing rooms and carb up! Plus they get plenty of fluid into themselves because they know they will be losing it during the fight and won’t need to visit the toilet, they’ll sweat it off. If you aren’t about to go five or ten rounds toe to toe, think hard before you include sweat tactics to your weight loss program. Maybe just use a quality fat blocker like Phen 375 to help things along.

Also, obesity decreases the percentage of water in the body, sometimes to as low as 45 percent”

Not Everyone Is As Wet As Everyone Else

We are all very different people in more ways than one, including the amount of water or fluid in our bodies. Some people are ‘wetter’ than others. Factors such as the actual population surveyed, age groups, health, fitness, diet and environmental factors will all play a part. As well, the percentage average used will effect the outcomes to some degree. While Guyton claims 57%, other experts such as Sheila Jackson uses 60%. For most of us a more accurate assessment is not required and of no practical assistance in our weight loss program.

Lose Weight Or Water?

Very often a lot of exercise, especially cardio on a hot day, will give you a satisfactory result if you step on the scales right after returning from the gym or a run. Relax, the loss is just about all fluid in the form of sweat. You will put most of that back on when you rehydrate. You need to rehydrate or else you risk serious complications, even death, from basically drying out. You can rehydrate slowly and under control but make sure you do. Especially if you are using a quality fat blocker like Phen 375 or similar product. You need to be ‘wet’ enough for those products to do their job.

Reading that title again I realise why my wife, who proof reads my articles, said it was ambiguous. This article isn’t a bunch of fast facts about fat blockers. It is about fat blockers when fasting, or more specifically taking a fat blocker while you fast.

Fasts Mean Nothing By Mouth, Right?

No, not at all. There are many ways to fast and you can fast by eating or drinking only a specific food or food group. While the true or most accurate meaning of fast, as in to fast, is to not eat or drink, this is not the only way to get some great fasting benefits. Those signs above sad looking patient’s heads in hospital wards, ‘Nil By Mouth’ usually mean the patient is getting nutrition intravenously or is, for medical reasons, fasting. Many procedures don’t agree with food in the system, such as anesthesia prior to surgery and some invasive procedures like colonoscopies .

Can I Keep Taking My Fat Blocker While Fasting?

If you are under medical care then that decision will be made by your medical professional. If you are working your own health and diet plan then think about the role of a fat blocker. Basically it blocks fat from being absorbed by the body and stored rather than burned up as energy. If you are not eating anything because you are fasting then what is the fat blocker, blocking? I would take one tablet the day after my last meal and then, if the fast was for more than one day, hold off taking any more until the day I am about to end my fast. That will cover any fat still in the system and get the system primed again to block fat when you resume consuming solids.

Fat Blockers And Fasting Doesn’t Hurt The Colon

Fasting and fat blockers don’t hurt the colon. Quality products like Phen 375 and regular, controlled fasting actually help regulate the digestive system, cleanse the body of toxins and get rid of stubborn deposits of stored fats. Any health program is going to include more than one aspect, it is a collaboration, a combined effort of health, diet, exercise and so on. No one aspect will do it and it doesn’t stop when your weight reaches the desired target. It is an ongoing, for life kind of thing.

Fast regularly by all means. If just for a day, no need to stop your fat blocker. If for a few days, then taper off and prime on the way back but taking a fat blocker when you are not absorbing any nutrients containing fat you need to block seems a bit pointless to me., not to mention expensive as quality products are not cheap no matter how effective or good value they are.
