Foods that Would Make You Need to do a Colon Cleansing

Every day, I try to eat as healthy as I can. I never eat cereals because of their high sugar content. I avoid fast food restaurants like the plague. I make sure that I get my daily fill of fruits and vegetables. I do this because I have a digestive condition that does not permit to eat just about anything I want. But if you don’t have my condition, you probably do. If I am not mistaken, you eat a lot of the following every day:

1.Bad fats – These are margarine, shortening, and trans-fat that are used in making chips, pastries, fast food, and other pre-packed snacks.
2.Bad carbohydrates – these are found in cakes, cookies, and other foods that are made with refined flour or refined carbohydrates. They are bad for you because they are devoid of vitamins. They also turn into pure sugar once digested. And as you know, too much sugar is not good for the body.
3.Bad protein – Red meat is bad for us. This cannot be stressed enough. You probably have enough red meat rotting in your colon for years now. The only way you can get rid of this rotting food is to do a colon cleansing. After that, it would be healthy for your body to avoid read meat whenever you can.
