You have to follow the following Time Table for your exercise.

       Monday      Cardiovascular
       Tuesday      Step Aerobics
       Wednesday      Cardiovascular
       Thursday        Yoga
       Friday      Cardiovascular
       Saturday      Step Aerobics
       Sunday        Yoga

 As for as Cardiovascular exercises are concerned, we have different types you can follow.Its totally up to you whether you carry on with single type or try all of them throughout this time period of 21 days.
