1. Ly straight on a yoga mat as per Figure A.
2. Stretch your arms and extend your legs so you form a straight line.
3. Now Inhale
4. Bring your arms overhead
5. Begin to Lift your upper body off the floor.
6. Exhale when halfway up from ground
7. Continue rolling forward to reach your toes.
8. Inhale and reverse the move, exhaling halfway down, to return to start.
9. Repeat 10 times.
